- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had a scheduled appointment online f today at 4. The H&R block agent called me at work today and told me they close at 3pm. I told her i made the appoinment online and why would it not tell me that when i scheduled appoinment. She told me she didnt know. She said it closed at 3 today and I advised I didnt get off work until 3. She told me she would wait for me to make it to her facility. Well I made it there at 3:35 and she had locked up. So Im very angry how i was spoke and treated. I have done my taxes there for 5 years and I will never use them again. Absolutely rude and I will file a complaint.
